In the state of Illinois, Providence provides management services to Camelot Community Care, Inc., which has offered a broad range of youth and family services since 1972. All services provided are designed to maintain children at the lowest and least restrictive yet most appropriate level of care and to support or seek permanent living arrangements. Camelot Community Care, Inc. (“Camelot”) is a Child Welfare Agency licensed by the State of Illinois, a member of the Child Care Association of Illinois, and is accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA).
Camelot’s services are particularly effective with youth that have been unsuccessful in traditional foster care programs, are stepping-down from residential living, or have experienced difficulty in community living and are in need of greater structure and a more flexible approach to therapeutic interventions in the foster or family home. All programs of Camelot Community Care, Inc. can be tailored to meet the needs of the individual child and family.

Illinois programs serve children and adolescents who are under the guardianship of the State of Illinois and referred for intensive, specialized or therapeutic foster care services by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services.
Camelot’s Illinois foster care program includes Therapeutic Foster Care, foster care for Children With Sexual Behavior Problems, and Family Supported Adolescent Care, Home-Based Family Development programs, Adoption Services, Intensive In-Home Services, Crisis Intervention, Case Management, and service referral and coordination.
