Dockside is certified as a Medicaid provider by the Department of Health and Human Services in the State of Indiana and certified by the state as an Addiction Services Provider. Dockside offers a range of outpatient care, including a service known as Voyage, designed for high-risk youth and their families. This intensive service teaches youth accountability and promotes their active involvement in the community. Clinicians work closely with juvenile justice system representatives, providing close monitoring of community activities as well as individual and family counseling. Youth are often referred to Voyage as an alternative to a more restrictive setting, and are given the opportunity to work their way out of the legal system and off court wardship. This community-based individualized treatment approach reduces the risk of disruptive and costly out-of-home placement.
Dockside also offers the Seven Challenges Program for adolescents ages 12 to 18 who are having problems with alcohol and other drugs. This developmentally appropriate program is designed to help young people think carefully about their lives and their use of substances and to make wise, healthy decisions for themselves. The program is developmentally appropriate, holistic and has been proven to be effective through research. Multi-family group therapy is provided along with Life Skills education, both essential to the success of the program.
Camelot Community Care, Inc. began doing business in Indiana in 1997 and is now one of the leading providers of community and home-based services to at-risk youth and their families in the area. Camelot programs emphasize home- and community-based care as an alternative to the out-of-home placement of children and specialize in Therapeutic Foster Care. Camelot also provides outpatient counseling services for children and parents and intensive in-home services. Camelot Community Care, Inc. is certified as a Medicaid provider by the Indiana Department of Health and Human Services and by the state as an Addiction Services Provider.
As a licensed child care placing agency in the state of Indiana, Camelot Community Care, Inc. recruits and trains families to be licensed as Therapeutic Foster Parents. The program is designed to provide maximum levels of accountability while maintaining the youth in his/her home environment. This not only decreases costs to the child-serving systems by reducing institutional placements, it allows the youth to develop skills in a real world setting which ultimately ensures his/her success.
The goal of all programs is to maintain youth in their community through intensive case management, substance abuse services, high quality behavioral health care, and therapeutic foster care. Community, school, and home-based treatment, 24-hour crisis intervention, community involvement and restitution, and a broad array of flexible services are also offered by Camelot Community Care, Inc.
A to Z In-Home Tutoring (“A to Z”) offers tailored one-on-one tutoring in the comfort and convenience of the client’s home. Our programs eliminate the visibility and potential embarrassment of the traditional classroom and replace it with confidence through private, focused tutoring and mentoring. Individualized programs are tailored to the unique needs of each child through an innovative pre-testing system. Students quickly become eager learners and are willing to try harder in subject areas that have become a source of frustration.
A to Z was founded in Nashville, TN and hires local certified teachers and Associate’s degreed professionals throughout the United States to work with local kids. A to Z’s corporate offices are located in Brentwood, TN.
