Network Management

Providence coordinates and manages the delivery of government-sponsored social services by multiple providers. Through government contracts involving a large population of potential clients, Providence is available to respond to telephone inquiries, determine a client's needs and eligibility for services, and place the client with an appropriate provider. Providence also offers monitoring services to assist clients in accessing government benefits. Case Management services are provided for clients involved in multiple systems of care. Multi-systemic care includes professional, community, and spiritual sources of support. Case Managers have demonstrated knowledge of local resources, and help ensure that all involved providers are working together towards common goals.

The members of our management team have significant experience as government executives, state agency officials, and public company leaders. These professionals bring many years of experience in managed care, social services, and the department of corrections. Our management team has recruited and trained our experienced staff of over 1,000 local professionals that work directly with our payers and clients. Their experience lends itself to our success in the effective management of provider networks.

Provider network management is available across the country. We currently offer this service in Arizona, New Mexico, and Florida.
